As one of Australia’s best known figurative painters, Dickerson’s breakthrough came in 1954 when the National Gallery of Victoria purchased his work “Man Asleep OnThe Step” Articles Fine art gallery is one of only two galleries in Australia chosen to exhibit and sell Dickerson’s art and the thirty works on offer represent a landmark exhibition and an ideal opportunity to invest in a great Australian artist, get in early to avoid disappointment, preview Friday April 4.
