on promises to be as exciting as ever! Saturday's entertainment -- from 9am to 5pm is for all ages and includes live music from 4 stages, roaming street performers, hilarious street games with prizes, art show market stalls, lots of yummy food and more! Enjoy all this in the magical setting of and its 100 year old weather board buildings. The main street is closed to traffic for the day and open to a huge array of culture and festivities. The entire village, and sur rounding lush volcanic far mland rolling down to the ocean, have been protected by the NationalTrust. Beautiful Mt Dromedary or "Gulaga - the Mother Mountain", towers up 800 metres behind the village, and is widely known for its pristine rain forests and aboriginal s a cred sites. A small entry donation ($10 for adults, $5 for teenagers and pensioners. Kids under 13 free) covers a full day's entertainment. The festival is proud to be a volunteer non-profit community project, completely free of corporate sponsorship, and dedicated to the happiness of all who attend.
