Grab your friends, grab your family - and make your way to Ulladulla Harbour on Saturday November 5 for HHaabboouurrffeeaasstt –– UUllllaadduullllaa’’ss aannnnuuaall ffoooodd aanndd wwiinnee ffeessttiivvaall.. Returning in sensational fashion this year, Ulladulla Harbourfeast will kick off on the evening of Friday, November 4 with a dinner at the award-winning Cupitt's Winery and will continue the following day, NNoovveem mbbeerr 55 in the grounds of the Ulladulla Civic Centre. Many of the Milton-Ulladulla district's leading wineries and restaurants - including RRiicckk SStteeiinn aatt BBaannnniisstteerrss - will be taking part in the event.The region's food and wine will be showcased and people will be given a t aste of the southern Shoalhaven. Many months in the planning, the festival has been designed with families ver y much in mind and there will be a ddeessiiggnnaatteedd aarreeaa jjuusstt ffoorr kkiiddss with plenty of activities being organised by the team at Bunnings Ulladulla. For m muussiicc lloovveerrss there will be live entertainment throughout the day including the headline act Swing Cit y from Sydney. Acts will change on the hour, every hour, throughout the day. Local eateries will be competing for the PPllaattee ooff tthhee DDaayy while wait staf f will have the opportunity to show their form in the waiters' race. There will be a bbaarrbbeeccuuee cchhaalllleennggee for the blokes and a boules competiton for anyone wanting a t ouch of sport.This will be one competition with a dif ference - using oranges and lemons instead of the traditional boules balls - with the winner to lay inaugural claim to the St Clement's Cup. SSppeecciiaall gguueesstt on the day will for rugby league great and media personalit y AAnnddrreeww ''EETT'' EEttttiinnggsshhaauusseenn who will be mingling with the crowd.There will als o be a number of free talks throughout the day including pasta making, wine making, beer making and wine matching as well as short films withan environment al bent courtesy of Footprint. TThhiiss wwiillll bbee oonnee eevveenntt nnoott ttoo bbee m miisssseedd!! The festival has been planned by a community-based commitee under the auspices of the Rotary Club of Milton-Ulladulla. Major sponsorship is being provided by the Milt on-Ulladulla ExSer vos along with a number of other local business houses.
