So, in celebratory fashion Cupitt’s will continue the festivities for the winter months! During June July and August, you can warm up by the fireplace with a delicious three course meal for just $80. Because Cupitt’s are celebrating wine, they will also include a glass of wine with each course*. Cupitt’s is the first winery restaurant in the Shoalhaven to receive a prestigious chef hat from the SMH Good Food Guide 2014. Now you can savour the provincial flavours created by Chef Russell Chinn. Classically trained in French Cooking, Russell has worked at top UK restaurants including the waterside Inn (3 Michelin Stars) under Michel Roux, and the Greenhouse. He describes his style as elegantly rustic, focusing on fresh local and seasonal produce to create full flavours. You can also taste a selection of wines includingViognier, Chardonnay, Cabernet and Shiraz in the Cellar Door, open Wednesday to Sunday from 10am-5pm. Cupitt’s have received great accolades and awards for their wines and is a four and a half star James Halliday rated winery. Also continuing with entertainment, Cupitt’s will host free live music every Sunday from 12-4pm. Local bands the Escalators and Jono Collins are just a couple of the local talents playing regularly. Discover the beauty of this country setting by the sea with sweeping views over Burrill Lake and the Budawang ranges as you wrap your hands around a mug of Mulled Wine and indulge with a wood fired pizza. There is no better wayto relax on a Sunday afternoon than on thedeck at Cupitt’s. Cupitt’s also brew a selection of craft ales which are available for tasting on site. The festival atmosphere will be complemented with the monthly produce market held on the lawns at the winery on the last Saturday of the month.
